First year there was a unit based on architectural design principles. Instead of creating the interior of the house the task was to design the house itself plus landscape. The site sits on a beautiful land with a view of Itchen Bridge.

The project required to pay a lot of attention for site analysis and space planning in order to build a livible house for a family. 

Landscape was designed so family could enjoy their time in the garden together. There is a big barbecue space with seating area for family gather rounds, normal size Jacuzzi to have fun and swinging chair. It has trees and plants sitting around both front and back garden. The house is surrounded by 2m fence going around the perimeter of land.

Also I needed to design one interior space of my choice. I designed large family kitchen with bold apple prints on cabinets and island in the middle.
