Measured Survey

The client wanted to do the measured survey for the property as part as refurbishment scheme. The property needed to be either a terraced, semi-detached or detached house with pitched roof and chimney. The property must be at least two storey house. It must at have minimum of two bedrooms, one bathroom/WC, two living rooms, one kitchen and a hallway on the ground floor and landing on the first floor. All opening must be shown on plans. Indicate all external places like porches or canopies if there is any.
